INTERLININIG FUSING AND CONVEYOR TRANSFER PRINTING PRESS

This machinery is used for fusing, ironing and transfer printing of interlinings on garment sector. These presses are ideal machineries to fuse interlinings of jacket, shirts, pants and t- shirts.

Band widths are varied as 60cm, 75cm, 100cm, 120cm, 150cm or 160cm according to models. Interlining fusing machineries,

band control systems and pressure adjustments are operated pneumatically. 6kg of force is applied to cm2 through pneumatic pressure and perfect results are obtained at fusing the interlinings. Interlining fusing presses are composed of two heating groups as bottom and upper resistance groups.

Through PIC control system, temperature remains stable on desired level. Rolling strippers on press provide cleaning of the band and collection of interlinings. Cooling band assists rapid cooling of fused interlinings.
