Boutique owner in the UK in Turkey women's evening dresses looking manufacturers

I am looking for a seamstress / pattern cutter to make some sample designs I have in mind – mainly dresses and possibly some swimwear (bikinis / Kaftans) on a small quantity basis (between 1 - 20 pieces at a time). I am opening a boutique online but it will be on a made to order basis. I can provide the fabric if need be. Please advise if this is something you could do and if so please advise your price per hour & also please advise your turn around? If this is of interest I can send pictures of the type of dresses I would like making. Main material - Polyester or cotton/polyester mix I look forward to hearing from you.
