Konsey Textile has been established in Izmir in 1992. Our company has expanded with 18 year experience and success has become one of the leading companies in the market. We produce and export all types of t- shits, sweatshirt. Our vision is based on to begin open to all developments and improvements in the markets.
Our production capacity is 120. 000 pieces per mount with 80 production employees and 7 office staffs with the factory area1200m2 closed parts, 30 sewing machines and quality control units. The most important processes as cutting and finishing are always done in out factory and 60 of our sewing process is done in our manufacturers under our control.
We also have our own Stud and Stone Design department. All designs and stone transfers can easily done in our factory as a part our process.
We use mainly 100 cotton knitted fabrics such as Rachel, Fleece, Pes Velvet, Pes Crinkle Velvet, Pes- Acrylic Two Thread, Pes Micro, Pes Viscose, Viscose Elasthane, Cotton Viscose, Full Lycra Jersey, Jersey, Piquet, Futter, Ribs. . .
Our production scale is based on men, women and children groups and produce all types of t- shirts, sweet- shirts, pants, dresses, nightgowns and tights for all ages.
One the orders and necessary details as fabrics, samples confirmed we make the shipments in 30 days regarding to the quantity of the order and quality of the fabric.
