My name is Jovana Cvetković and I am planning to establish a long - term children’s fashion brand,
with focus on formal and occasion dresses for girls aged 1-7.
it would be 10-12 models and for each model 30 - 40 pieces.  

I am looking for a reliable manufacturer in Turkey for children’s formal dresses (ages 1- 7), such as:
* christening dresses
* birthday and wedding dresses
* tulle, lace and satin designs

I would like to ask:
1. Do you offer OEM / private label production?
2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) per model and per color?
3. What is the price range per piece for formal dresses?
4. Can you produce according to my designs, or offer your own models (ODM)?
5. What is the production time?
6. Is it possible to order samples before bulk production?
7. Do you have OEKO-TEX or similar certificates?

For the first order, I am planning:
* 10–112 models
* 30–40 pcs per model
* delivery to Serbia
