Technical specification for the sleeping bags
I Technical and functional requirements:
1) Technical requirements:
1.1 Filling: minimum 600 grams of synthetic filling of polyester fibers H1
1.2 Top layer: Minimum 210T waterproof polyester fabric with fluorine-free hydrophobic finish
1.3 Bottom layer: Minimum 200 - 250 g/m2 185T breathable polyester fabric
1.4 Outer part: Minimum 210T waterproof polyester with water repellent coating
1.5 Inner part: Minimum 185T breathable polyester
1.6 Dimensions: Minimum 220 cm (length) X 80 cm (width at shoulder area)
1.7 Minimum temperature range: +10 to -10 degrees Celsius

2) Functional requirements:
2.1 Adjustable hood
2.2 Covered zipper
2.3 Two-way zipper
2.4 Protection against catching the plan when opening and closing the zipper
2.5 Compression bag / storage case

3) Warranty period - not less than 24 months.

II Quality requirements:
The sleeping bags should meet the requirements of standard BDS EN ISO 23537-1, or equivalent.

III Other requirements:
1. Requirements for packaging, marking, labeling
1.1 The sleeping bag packaging should be secured so that it can be transported easily and safely
1.2 The marking on the product should be clear, legible and resistant to atmospheric effects. It should contain the name of the manufacturer and the year of manufacture.
1.3 The delivered sleeping bags should be accompanied by a declaration of compliance with the requirements of EU and instructions for use and storage. In case the instruction is not in Bulgarian, the contractor should present a translation in Bulgarian (the instruction should be for each number of sleeping bags).

2. The delivered sleeping bags must be new and unused.

3. Participants should attach to their technical proposal advertising materials (catalogues, brochures) and/or other type of documentation of the manufacturer of the proposed sleeping bags.
