Location: Malatya Industrial Zone
A) Plant Area
1. Plant land surface: 19. 745 meter square
2. Plant surface: 226 meter square 55, 5 merter square 12, 543 meter square
Total Plant surface with the floors: 14, 500 square meter
3. Water Tank surface: 19, 5 meter square 17. 5 meter square 341, 25 meter square

B) DETAILS
1. Plant is steel construction , the roof cover is double layer trapezoidal alluminium and in between there is 10 com thick glass wool for isolation. Approximatelly 1100 tons of steel was imported for the plant.
2. The walls have 35 cm thickness and they are isolated by 5 cm Extruded Polystren
3. Plant floor is repared for all the installation such as air conditioner, electricity, water, air channels, steam. For the floor 20 cm thick cement with iron was used.
4. In the air conditioner structure, there are 3 air conditioners and one of them is fully equipied.
5. There are insufflations channels
6. There are reverse ceiling over lighthning armature.
7. Plant’s most of the interior plaster was done and interior walls are completed. There are few missing walls and missing plaster.
8. Plant’s all rain water disposal tubes and their connections are completed. They are not connected to the Industrial Zone’s main channels.
9. Plant’s very small outside walls are missing plaster.
10. Plant’s outside and inside main doors are completed. Other office and windows are not completed.
11. Plant’s all the electricity power tables, cables, illumination tables structures are built
12. O. G. Feeding Line and Feeding Cell
13. Interior Plant earthing installation is completed
14. Illumination for the Plant interior exists

Note: If the Plant will be used for textile, the plant and the infrastucture is built for 96 textile counters.
Please note that the Plant was originally built for textile production, therefore the structure is very suitable for textile and similar kind of production.
